I woke up this morning with one thought in my mind.
Boston Bombing ---> Mid-term elections.
We've been hearing a lot in the mainstream press that the Democrats could dominate electoral politics for a generation as the GOP is so far out of touch with the majority.
The ONLY thing the GOP is able to run on at this point with any chance of serious contention is security.

I'm perfectly ready to accept any and all coincidences. But any critical approach to 9/11 puts a certain taste in your mouth about the possibility that evil industrialists will do just about anything to maintain power.
And FBI contact with the older brother smacks of the '93 WTC bombing.
I don't think any of the information above is all that convincing, but just from a historical perspective, I think it's worth remaining skeptical, as we do here.

The authorities are getting a lot of bang for their buck out of the Boston bombings. I've heard people ask what would "they" get out of such a minor attack. I don't think that's a valid line of reasoning. They are getting plenty in terms of propaganda value, fear, legislation, control, real-world research, etc.

San Francisco's police chief was inspired by the quick results in tracking the Boston bombing suspects through surveillance video. He wants more cameras along Market Street to monitor big events in case there's trouble.
At Union Square, a security camera helped catch a man who stole a $200,000 Picasso. In San Jose, two would be burglars were caught on home security camera video trying to break into a house. And on Muni, surveillance videos have helped police identify and arrest thieves stealing cellphones from passengers.

Agree that Boston "won't go away" re suspicions of a false flag attack until JFK and 9/11 - and first attack on WTC in '93 -- and other coups/crimes are solved.
And that will not happen until we have a shift in power -- a serious shift.
These crimes have basically been "solved" but power keeps the cover ups going.
There was discussion recently of the actual outcome of a "government conspiracy" in the assassination of MLK, Jr. -- yet the public has heard little of it. Save those who have picked up on Wm. Pepper and others who have gotten the info and details out on videos on YouTube. Bless them all for their work and conscience. Including Coleen Rowley who was a whistleblower on the first WTC attack. And beleive she has a new blog up?How many bombs were left at the Boston Marathon? Thought two exploded and two were unexploded -- later police exploded them? If four bombs, the brothers would have had to have made two trips in past the "drill" officials present, police/military -- and bomb sniffing dogs.
Plus, Russian representatives actually raised the issue of this older brother and while their representatives were in DC they brought his "radical" behavior to attention and asked for an investigation. FBI investigated him in 2011. Then what? Later he was posting radical comments on radical websites. Allegedly, he was gathering explosives and pressure cookers. If he was anti-war the notion of joining together with the rest of Americans didn't occur to him but more than 80% of the nation oppose the wars and opposed them before they even began. Internationally, it's more like 90% anti-America's wars. FBI was more interested in tracking OCCUPY and peace groups in an effort to stop them.
I feel strongly that this is about keeping Americans in FEAR and ready to lose more rights. There was legislation which applied to the internet just passed. Begins with a "C" -- evidently websites can no longer refuse to give your entire info to the government if they ask for it. Also renewal of anti-Muslim, anti-immigrant sentiments. Pro-police/military. Difficult then to remember that we've killed more than 1 million Muslims in these wars. Actual sentiment against the wars and against this bombing violence is very high.
Bloomberg? Can only hope that he never reaches the Oval Office.
Yes -- it's also a win for surveillance cameras everywhere.
Not that they would be available to prove anything that the government did wrong.
Odd story came out on Yahoo today where a "witness" from a window reports seeing the shoot out between the police and the brothers. And, coincidentally, he also reports having seen another "pressure cooker" falling out of the car into the street.

"There now appears that may have been some evidence that was obtained by one of the law enforcement agencies that did not get shared in a way that it could have been. If that turns out to be the case, then we have to determine whether or not that would have made a difference," Chambliss said.
Though Chambliss would not get into specifics on the information or whether or not the bombing could have been prevented, he told Channel 2 Action News that they will find out if someone dropped the ball.

At a time when vast natural resources and enormous fortunes were ‘in play’ during the economic free-for-all after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the 24-year old Tsarni was already a ‘player.’
Its long been an open secret that USAID is often used overseas to house CIA and other US intelligence operatives.
Oddly enough, just six months ago the country competing with the US for influence in the region, Vladimir Putin’s Russia, unceremoniously kicked USAID out of Russia for, Putin spokesmen alleged, encouraging his political opposition.

Does she really believe that?

Paton Walsh asked whether she had seen the news images of the actual bombings and the suffering they caused.
"I haven't," she answered.
But her disbelief wavered when she spoke of the victims.

Can you imagine what the interrogation scene is like? This guy is all shot up and can't talk and the FBI has total control over him. His parents aren't even allowed to see him. It wouldn't be hard to put words in his mouth or to convince him that he better say whatever they want him to say.

The CIA made the request to add Tamerlan Tsarnaev's name to the terrorist database after the Russian government contacted the agency with concerns that he had become a follower of radical Islam. About six months earlier, the FBI had separately investigated Tsarnaev, also at Russia's request, but the FBI found no ties to terrorism, officials said.

According to the AP, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev answered questions for 16 hours before he was read the Miranda warning that he could remain silent and could ask for a lawyer. Once Tsarnaev was told that, he stopped talking. (So much for the idea that everyone has heard Miranda warnings so many times on TV that they have become an empty ritual.) The AP also reports that the investigators questioning him were “surprised when a magistrate judge and a representative from the U.S. Attorney’s office entered the hospital room.†The investigators “had planned to keep questioning him.â€

The crime was never solved.

In the days of hysteria immediately following the Boston bombing, an unlikely media darling emerged. Ruslan Tsarni, the alleged bombers’ uncle, known to the press as “Uncle Ruslan,†gained notoriety for the ferocity with which he denounced his own nephews and their alleged Islamic radicalism.
It isn’t hard to see why the press focused so closely on “Uncle Ruslan.†He said precisely what the so-called “authorities†wanted to hear about the suspects in precisely the way they wanted to hear it. Compare this to the coverage of the boys’ mother in the mainstream media. After revealing the FBI’s connection to the Tsarnaev brothers—causing the Bureau to reluctantly confirm that they had investigated Tamerlan in the past—she has been alternatively smeared and dismissed by those same media outlets which have refused to delve into the FBI connection.
But even more interesting than the sudden popularity of “Uncle Ruslan†is his background and ties to other organizations.
