Fulton Mall
We decided to go back to Fulton Mall. Once again the most uplifting place we have been. In this predominantly Black and Latino neighborhood, people are highly skeptical of our government, and open to discussion about 9/11 truth. We talked to people, old and young, about all manner of government deception. The history of the ongoing struggle for rights in this country came up in conversation quite a bit.

Williamsburg
Bedford Ave. on a Sunday afternoon is an interesting mix of people. Old and young. Not too conservative. It was a beautiful day, which always makes it more likely people will stop to talk. We quickly got into conversation. While there were the usual couple of angry responses, the really friendly positive responses were more notable. Many people seemed genuinely curious.

Metropolitan Museum
This was one of the best locations we have yet found for public promotion in NYC. The crowd was an interesting mix of locals from different economic and cultural backgrounds, and tourists from all over the world. You can set up on the sidewalk right at the base of the entrance. There are hundreds of people walking by, hundreds walking in and out of the museum, especially at closing time, dozens of people hanging out on the stairs in front of you, and people just milling about with nothing better to do than get in a conversation.

Columbus Circle
We went out this week to go to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, but when we arrived we found that the Israeli Day Parade, thousands of people, were passing that location. It seemed immediately apparent to us that our presence there might be misunderstood by parade participants. Basically we didn’t want anyone to think we were implying that the Jews were responsible for 9/11, as it may have looked like we came down there just to protest the parade. Not wanting to find ourselves in confrontation with people celebrating their national pride, we decided to walk over to Columbus Circle.

Madison Square Garden
We showed up at Madison Square Garden just as a Rangers game was about to start. For a moment we thought about moving elsewhere to avoid a contentions response. Not wanting to generalize about Rangers fans, we set up the sign, and started handing out flyers.
